I paid for express delivery £10 on Friday afternoon, delivery should have been 1-2 days. It is now Tuesday evening and I have just received an email saying that delivery was attempted this afternoon but nobody was at home. I have been at home all day. Please do not insult me or your wider customer base. When I do get my hands on my order it will go straight back unopened.

Damaged bags and bad customer service
I wanted to love this brand and I am so disappointed! I made my first purchase the beginning of December and I ordered the famous crossbody bag in dark brown. Once I received the bag I couldn't believe my eyes! The leather had a deep cut on one side like a knife went through it. I contacted support and they told me they couldn't exchange. I had to return the bag and purchase a new one. I really wanted it so I did that. January I received my second order and again the bag had the exact same cut. I contacted support again and I was told exactly the same thing. I was not compensated in any way and I am still waiting for my refund. The customer support is awful and I still cannot believe the product quality. If it was one bag I would understand that sometimes things happen but to have 2 bags with the same knife cut is a problem. It is a shame because it is a lovely item and I really wanted it.

Perfect Transaction
For once I read the reviews on here before ordering.
However Cos had a short wool beanie that I wanted, and was prepared to risk the cost.
I've never used them before but was very happy.
The order arrived, well packaged, and all correct some six days after placing the order.
On the basis of this experience I would use them again.

An Excellent Source for Quality Clothing
I've recently purchased from this site and I was impressed with the quality of the clothing.
Site security is good and is easy to use.
The only difficulties I've had with this vendor is their sizing which is European thus might be confusing to some and their Korean site should be avoided since it does not work what so ever.

BEWARE purchasing in store!!
I have always ordered online & there has never been an issue returning items. I live in Edinburgh where there us no Cos store. Recently while in holiday in Dublin I purchased a top. It was faulty after a few wears loosing its shape. I realised quite quickly looking at their website that there is no system to return faulty goods unless you can go into a store. Their solution? travel to Glasgow to return the item but the refund “ is at the discretion of the store”. This will cost me more than the t-shirt! What a terrible non- service.
COS-Italy customer service is extremely poor
COS-Italy customer service is, in my opinion, extremely disappointing.
I have sent four times a simple request. Each time I was sent bureaucratic responses which do not even remotely address the issue. I was hoping to help myself but also COS and their future customers. It turned out to be a colossal waste of time. I suggest not to contact customer service if possible

Not acceptable for company today
Refused to refund, even though the item hadn't been posted. Extremely slow service, which I was not informed about when buying.
It's the kind of online service you'd get 20 years ago, and clearly this brand won't be around for long.
Avoid.

Horrible online
Simply terrible. I ordered something online a few months ago and it was a smooth and nice experience. I don't know what happened in the meantime, but the very fact that they don't even bother replying to the reviews tells you a lot. Anyway, orders are delayed by even 2 weeks, which for me personally wasn't a problem as I'm on holidays and was in no hurry. Since I'm on holidays, I chose, obviously, delivery by post. I made 3 orders, they sent the first 2 ones by Budbee (you only have a week to pick up the parcel from the locker!), complained already to 2 representatives who called to explain and apologize, and guess what? My third order was just shipped with ... Budbee. Even though every single time I chose the post.
Won't be shopping online amymoy, amd probably won't be shopping from them at all, they simply don't deserve my money.

Cotton dress or fleece?
I ordered a dress in the sale. I received an email to say delivery would be delayed. By the time the parcel came i was away and it was delivered to neighbours. When I opened the parcel. the paper work was correct for my order but the cotton dress had turned into a fleece. The dress is no longer available so I have had to find out how to return an unordered item with the wrong paperwork. I can only have compensation if I spend more time taking out an account with this incompetent and inconsiderate company. Why would I do that?

Worst customer experience ever
I tried so hard to love this brand. I ordered twice on the website and I had the same experience each time. Expedition that would be delayed for a week, then another week to get the parcel delivered. I waited 2 weeks and a half for an order that didn’t fit and that I had to return (another 2 weeks to wait). The second order was worse, it’s been 2 weeks and no update on the Swoopin website. One week my package didn’t move. For a brand who sells quite expensive clothes, the service doesn’t match and is awful. Won’t repurchase again.

I feel so very dissatisfied and…
I feel so very dissatisfied and disappointed.
I have to say that it is my first purchase from COS and definitely the last. My item was too large- certainly not a regular fit as was written on the website, I've reached customer service at least to try and replace it, but no- they take money for the return and not send a replacement- total waste of time! Besides, the quality was not the best- threads were stuck from all stitches. The policy of not replacing the items, not in stores nor online made me feel very uncomfortable, disappointed and wasted my time and money. Very poor customer service.

Useless website and no customer service.
These people have no idea about customer service. I tried to order a cashmere top for my wife, and was invited to register my e-mail address for a 10 per cent discount. The website is a shambles. I think I finally managed to order, but the 10 per cent discount was missing. I was astonished to discover that they are part of H & M. Avoid like the plague. They apparently take no notice of customer complaints, and you cannot complain directly. A joke of a business. Don’t touch with a barge pole!

AVOID the mail order branch of this Company - it barely functions professionally, certainly it completely lacks efficiency. Customer 'service' related to this is non existent!! Completely negative experience - long delays to shipping and they fail to refund within the stated timeframe. Useless and an experience full of hassle.

as others here have stated, they are so slow in their responces/actions that goes beyond the "they take their time" expression.i believed they died on me which made me sad :-/
their calm manner, extra politeness combined with the slow responce rate and randomness in their ability to sort out orders is so ironic, unless you are the customers...Nice drama and all but having seen customers service potential from their revals like Inditex, which actually make much more inferior products is cringy. Not all hope is lost though, as they just returned my message that I send them last year...
